The former Melrose Place star, 40 - now serving a three-year probation term after pleading no contest to reckless driving following a 2008 DUI arrest - was arrested after allegedly hitting a "no parking" sign on a public street around 4 a.m. Saturday near her gated-community home in Westlake Village, Calif.
TMZ.com reports she left without notifying police.
Police examined debris left at the scene and traced it back to her black 2005 BMW.
Though she was not taken into police custody, she was cited for misdemeanor hit-and-run.
