Jamie Lynn is expected to give birth to a baby girl tomorrow. But things aren't going too smooth for the 17 year old. "Doctors are preparing Jamie Lynn Spears for a C-section tomorrow due to complications in the pregnancy... Jamie Lynn had an ultrasound last week, indicating her baby may be in breech position." Jamie Lynn and her fiance Casey Aldridge plan on having the baby at the Mississippi Southwest Regional Medical Center in McComb, Mississippi. Britney, Jamie, & Bryan flew to New Orleans early this morning in anticipation for the baby's arrival. The three (including the bodyguard and assistant) flew Delta Airlines instead of the usual private jet, and arrived around 1pm CT.
Jamie lynn & Casey plan are reportedly planning on naming their baby Cailynn or Cassie.
