Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo only recently moved in to their $1.5 million NYC love nest, but those close to the couple say that the heartbroken hunk is already considering another try at marriage. The foundation of the couple’s commitment to each other is a shared desire for children. "I always say I want three boys and a girl, but at the end of the day, I just want healthy kids," says Vanessa, 26. So will Lachey, 33, ask for her hand soon? "She’s confident that he’ll do it when the time is right. They want to try out the living-together thing and if it goes well – which it will – he’ll pop the question. I think he very much believes this is it."
